I started my karting career in 2005 at the age of 8 at the SuperKarts indoor track in Letchworth Herts racing Honda powered cadet karts. In 2007 I joined the Hoddesdon Kart Club based at Rye House and raced in their MSA Comer Cadet class finishing 4th in the championship in my first outdoor season. In 2008 I won the Rye House MSA Comer Cadet Championship and in 2009 entered the Formula Kart Stars (FKS) British Karting Championship racing in the Comer Cadet Class. However our FKS season was abruptly ended mid-season after an accident at the PFI circuit where I broke my left collarbone. After some weeks of convalescence I returned to Rye House 'Club' racing and dominated the remainder of the season. Following those performances, I moved up to the Rotax 125cc powered MiniMax class in 2010 but despite some good performances in my first season I decided to retire from racing at the end of that season.
